Ryan leads client strategy and the advisory practice at Corvell. He spent the prior decade inside operating companies and advisory firms — running technology for industrial and professional clients, supporting owners and sponsors through transitions, and building programs where one didn't exist.

Trevor leads delivery and operations at Corvell. His background is in running technology teams for industrial operators — standing up service functions, building runbooks, and holding the service level the client actually signed for. He's the engineer on the founding team.

Accountability over activity
We measure engagements on outcomes, not hours. If an investment isn't delivering, we say so — early and in writing. Every quarterly review is a candid document.
Discretion is the default
Family offices, regulated firms, and PE-backed companies require a standard of confidentiality that most vendors can't match. We operate accordingly — no logos on the site, no case study name-drops without explicit permission.
