What we collect
If you submit our contact form, we collect what you type: name, work email, phone (optional), company, industry, company size, and your message. If you email us, we hold your email and its contents. Our hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard server logs and aggregate site-performance metrics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use tracking cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and — if you become a client — deliver services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions and hosting run on Netlify; our email and business systems run on Microsoft 365. Both act as service providers under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention & security
We keep inquiry records only as long as there is a business reason to hold them. Access is limited to the two founders, protected by multi-factor authentication and encrypted devices. See Security & compliance at Corvell.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: hello@corvellgroup.com. A mutual NDA can be in place before any substantive conversation.
